Sales
If you are interested in any of our products, let us know, and we can offer an evaluation license so you can try the product for one month on your own computer, and we can send you a formal quotation for a purchase.
Licenses
We offer a node-locked license that allows up to six programmers to use a licensed product on one host computer. We will ask you for the host ID of that computer.
We also offer a site license that allows unlimited use on any computers across a named site.
Warranty
Compilers ship on CD-ROM with printed user manuals.
The CD-ROM and user manuals come with 12 months warranty. They will be replaced free of charge if faulty in any way.
Support
We include 12-month support that applies to one project at one location and up to six seats. If you are ordering for a large project, or for a multi-site project, please ask for a special quotation. We can, for example, offer three years support at a substantial discount.
Export clearance
All of our products are licensed for a named end user for a specific purpose. All of our products require export clearance. In some cases we also require an export license. There will be an additional charge for obtaining the license.
Shipping
We usually ship by FedEx or DHL. Shipping via a freight forwarder will incur bank charges.
Payment
Our base price is for payment by telegraphic transfer. There is an additional charge for payment by Letter of Credit, Bill of Exchange etc.
Sales in the UK are quoted and invoiced in GBP, sales in Europe are quoted and invoiced in Euros, sales in the USA and the rest of the world are quotes and invoiced in USD.
Time to Ship
Subject to export clearance, commercial off the shelf products are usually shipped from the UK within one week of order. Orders may be delayed where an export license is required, or where special payment terms are a required.
Change of Price
We aim to keep prices fixed. However, variations in exchange rates and other factors beyond our control mean that list prices are subject to change without notice.
