Support+ (Special Maintenance)
Some of our customers have requirements that are not met by the standard
support. For example, it may be that they want work-arounds and bug fixes
but they do not want to update to the latest compiler. We can do this, but it
costs more because we need to fork the development paths (which increases the
configuration control burden), and maybe run the compiler on hardware that is
long since obsolete. It's called special maintenance because we cost each case
individually.
