Software Problem ReportsIf you have a current support contract for the product you wish to file a report about, then go to the problem report page. We will analyze your report and get back you with 3 working days. Please be prepared to supply additional information such as source code and log files. If you are eligible for Fresco support (that is, an ESA payload project using C or C++ on the ERC32), then you should go to the Fresco site. (URL to be announced by ESTEC, in the meantime use the SPR) Otherwise, we welcome your report, but we cannot guarantee any response.
